Framed Pelicans
The pelican is a wood cutout that I designed. Toothpicks are used to hand carve lines into a paste I created that is applied on the wood cutout. Gold Leaf is applied carefully & varnished. The background is painted with heavy impasto paint and then framed! A sawtooth hanger is screw onto the back to hang!
